基本信息

段曦东教授,1993年本科毕业于湖南大学化学化工系,博士毕业于湖南大学化学化工学院。段曦东教授从事二维材料制备、光电性质和先进光电功能器件研究,已以第一作者和通讯作者在包括ScienceNat. Nanotech, Nano. Lett.Chem. Soc. Rev.等期刊上发表论文十多篇。代表性的学术成果包括:1)通过精确调控二维材料的化学成分和电子结构,在国际上率先制备出了具有原子级厚度的二维材料横向异质结;并成功示范了其在光电检测、光伏效应和反相器方面的应用(Nat. Nanotech 2014)2)通过精确调控二维合金材料的成分,合成了具有可调带隙的二维半导体合金WS2-2xSe2x,并示范了其在先进光电功能器件方面的应用 (Nano. Lett. 2016)3) 以所发表的二维材料工作为基础,撰写了二维材料研究进展综述一篇 (Chem. Soc.
