向立,湖南大学材料科学与工程学院副教授,湖南大学“岳麓学者”。博士毕业于北京大学信息科学技术学院,获理学博士学位。
研究领域为微纳电子器件及其系统集成,包括低功耗碳基纳米器件、晶圆级碳基半导体器件工艺开发、电路设计及传感系统集成等,并在国际顶级学术期刊发表多篇论文。
