基本信息

邓磊,2015年于比利时根特大学 – 弗拉芒生物技术研究所(VIB)获得博士学位,现湖南大学生物学院教授。目前课题组的主要研究方向为广谱流感疫苗抗原设计和研制广谱抗流感抗体治疗剂。

研究领域

   利用多学科交叉手段设计并研制口服、注射、滴鼻或皮肤免疫型蛋白亚单位或纳米颗粒广谱抗流感疫苗。主要突破性学术成果是成功研制了微针皮肤免疫肽段纳米颗粒广谱抗流感疫苗、双层蛋白质纳米颗粒广谱抗流感疫苗和口服肠道菌载体广谱抗流感疫苗,并初步研究了疫苗保护作用机制和长效免疫应答机制。

   研究兴趣:1,设计甲、乙型流感疫苗广谱抗原;2,研制广谱抗流感病毒抗体治疗剂;3,研究纳米颗粒剂型与疫苗递送系统。
