基本信息

邓磊,2015年于比利时根特大学 – 弗拉芒生物技术研究所(VIB)获得博士学位,现任职湖南大学生物学院教授。主要研究方向为研制多种广谱抗流感疫苗,包括口服、注射、滴鼻或皮肤免疫型蛋白亚单位或纳米颗粒广谱抗流感疫苗。以第一作者在国际重要学术期刊PNAS, Nature Communications和Journal of Controlled Release等发表SCI学术论文8篇,并以第一作者在Springer出版的Methods in Molecular Biology专著中撰写一章节,相关成果以第二发明人申请(美国)或获批(中国)两项专利。

研究领域

    长期从事广谱抗流感疫苗研发工作。利用多学科交叉手段设计并研制口服、注射、滴鼻或皮肤免疫型蛋白亚单位或纳米颗粒广谱抗流感疫苗。主要突破性学术成果是成功研制了微针皮肤免疫肽段纳米颗粒广谱抗流感疫苗、双层蛋白质纳米颗粒广谱抗流感疫苗和口服肠道菌载体广谱抗流感疫苗,并深入研究了疫苗保护作用机制和长效免疫应答机制。

        成功研制双层蛋白质纳米颗粒广谱流感疫苗的相关研究成果已受到领域内的广泛关注,被近期发表在Cell和Current Opinion in Immunology等知名杂志的综述评价为重要流感疫苗研制方向之一。

        未来主要研究兴趣为 1,研制新型广谱抗甲、乙型流感疫苗 2,研制抗血凝素柄部的抗体治疗剂 3,研制口服广谱抗甲型流感疫苗 4,研发个性化治疗癌症的多肽纳米颗粒疫苗。
