基本信息

杨武霖,助理教授,硕士生导师。主要致力于热管理复合材料及功能薄膜材料的研究。在金刚石/铝(铜)、石墨/铜等高导热复合材料的制备、表征和性能优化方面积累了丰富的研究经验,在复合材料界面构筑与性能调控方面研究特色鲜明,研究成果受到国内外研究同行的广泛关注。主持和参与国家自然科学基金各1项、其它国家项目多项。

近年主持和参研的科研项目

  1. 金刚石复合材料有序微纳结构界面构筑及其高导热机制,国家自然科学基金青年项目,25万元,2019-2021,主持,在研。

  2. 金刚石浅表结构与元素接枝对其复合材料各向异性界面及导热性能的调控,湖南省自然科学基金青年项目,5万元,2017-2019,主持,在研。

  3. TaN/Cu纳米多层膜高温摩擦学及其润滑相缓释效应,国家自然科学基金面上项目,62万元,2017-2020,排名第4,在研。

  4. 复合互连片材料工程化应用研究,国家项目,2017-2020,排名第2,在研。

  5. 军民两用高性能金属化氮化铝陶瓷基片,湖南省重点项目,2016-2017,排名第2,结题。
