近年来主要从事三维微纳结构金属功能材料的设计、制备、复合及其应用研究,并取得了多项国际影响的研究成果。先后在Nature Commun., Adv. Mater., Energy. Environ. Sci., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Funct. Mater.等国际知名期刊上发表论文30余篇。研究工作多次被Nature、Nature China、Materials View等国际学术媒体作亮点报导,选为Hot papers 3次,选为封面论文5次,5篇入选“ESI高被引论文”。应用方面拥有新材料中国专利5项(已授权1项),日本专利2项。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金、日本东北大学科研基金多项。
