何勇民博士,四川-达州,2021年入职湖南大学化学化工学院,岳麓学者和国家海外高层次人才计划,主要开展原子层材料及其电子器件/微纳电化学器件的研究。

General Information

Dr. He, born in Sichuan-Dazhou (China), joined the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Hunan University in 2021. His current interests are 2D materials and their electronic devices as well as microelectrochemical devices.  

博士招生半导体物理、微电子、材料、材料物理/化学等专业的本科生(含直博)或研究生。其中具有微纳加工技术、二维材料合成与器件、基础电学测量(如FET/ photodetector)和电化学储能研究经历的同学优先。

博后岗位:已获得博士学位或即将获得博士学位的同学,专业方向无限制,研究方向包括但不限于低维材料合成与器件、微纳加工技术、原子级催化设计,半导体器件或你自己很感兴趣的方向。

原子层材料与电子、电化学微纳器件

一、电化学微纳器件:以微纳加工技术和自建测量平台为研究手段,拟开展“电子器件+电化学”交叉学科的研究。

二、高效电子器件:设计原子层厚度的高性能晶体管,和基于type II异质结的光电探器件。

三、新型原子层材料合成。

Research Fields

Atom-thin Materials, Eletronic and Electrochemical Micro-nano Devices

1. Electrochemical micro-nano devices:  with micro-nano processing technology and self-built measurement platform as the research means, we plan to carry out the interdisciplinary research of "electronic-devices + electrochemistry".

2.  High-efficient electronic devices: high-performance atom-thin transistors, and Type II heterojunction-based optoelectronic detectors.

3.  Synthesis of novel atom-thin materials.
