基本信息

段曦东教授,1993年本科毕业于湖南大学化学化工系,博士毕业于湖南大学化学化工学院。段曦东教授从事二维材料制备、光电性质和先进光电功能器件研究,已以第一作者和通讯作者在包括Science、Nature,Nat. Nanotech, Nature Materials, Nano. Lett.,JACSChem. Soc. Rev.等期刊上发表论文五十多篇。代表性的学术成果包括:

     1)二维半导体要在芯片技术取得良好的应用,与传统半导体类似需要精确调控其化学成分和电子结构,如实现二维材料的异质结。经过长期的对二维材料生长技术的研究在国际上率先制备出了具有原子级厚度的二维半导体材料横向异质结;并成功示范了其在光电检测、光伏效应和反相器方面的应用(Nat. Nanotech 2014)。并且在基础上解决二维横向异质结生长过程中随机成核和无序热刻蚀的难题,利用双气流化学气相沉积法在国际上首次实现了界面原子级陡峭的二维材料横向多异质节、超晶格、量子线的可控外延生长(Science 2017)

   2)实现高效规模化的二维晶体管的集成是走向二维集成电路的关键一步,制备规模化的范德华异质结阵列可以提供一个规模化集成的二维器件,是走向实际应用的可行方案。通过激光烧蚀等技术在二维原子晶体表面定点制造缺陷阵列,供新的二维原子晶体选择成核和生长,最终形成垂直异质结阵列。该方法具有普适性、可控性且适合大规模制备。制备了大规模阵列如 VSe2/MoS2垂直异质结阵列(>12,000个),良率99% ;基于阵列的双层WSe2场效应晶体管的电流密度高达900 μA/μm。这些成果为二维材料在芯片、柔性器件等电子学领域的应用提供了坚实的基础(Nature,2020)。

   3)通过毛细作用力驱动生长在基底上的SnS2/WSe2范德华异质结的卷绕,产生WSe2和SnS2单层交替的SnS2/WSe2卷,从而形成高阶SnS2/ WSe2范德华超晶格。超晶格的形成调节了材料的电子能带结构和维度,实现了从半导体到金属传输特性、从二维到一维以及与角度相关线性磁阻的转变。该方法具有可扩展性,利用这种方法创建了各种2D/2D范德华超晶格、更复杂的2D/2D/2D范德华超晶格以及其他包括2D材料、3D薄膜材料和1D纳米线的混合维度范德华超晶格。这项研究制造了具有不同材料成分、维度、手性和拓扑结构的高阶范德华超晶格,为基础研究和技术应用提供了丰富的材料平台。成果首次制备了高阶超晶格,本工作所开发的概念和材料系统很有可能在该领域产生重大影响,开辟了二维和多维结构与材料相结合的新研究方向(Nature 2021)。

   4)发现并合成了空气中稳定的二维磁性材料CrSe2,观察并解释了其厚度依赖的磁序(Nature Material,2021)。
