基本信息

段曦东教授,1993年本科毕业于湖南大学化学化工系,博士毕业于湖南大学化学化工学院。段曦东教授从事二维材料制备、光电性质和先进光电功能器件研究,已以第一作者和通讯作者在包括Science、Nature,Nat. Nanotech, Nano. Lett.,JACSChem. Soc. Rev.等期刊上发表论文五十多篇。代表性的学术成果包括:1)通过精确调控二维材料的化学成分和电子结构,在国际上率先制备出了具有原子级厚度的二维材料横向异质结;并成功示范了其在光电检测、光伏效应和反相器方面的应用(Nat. Nanotech 2014)2实现了2D异质节、多异质节以及超晶格的可控外延生长(Science 2017),这是以湖南大学为第一作者和第一单位发表的首篇NSC 论文。3)实现了二维金属/半导体异质结阵列的可控大规模制备,以阵列中为二维金属为接触的双层硒化钨FET电流高达900微安每微米,为二维材料在芯片、柔性器件等电子学领域的应用提供了坚实的基础(Nature,2020)。其研究工作在www.nanototechweb.org等专业网站引起了广泛的关注,并数次被湖南大学新闻网报道(http://news.hnu.edu.cn/zhyw/2015-01-07/5864.htmlhttp://news.hnu.edu.cn/zhyw/2015-12-09/8943.htmlhttp://news.hnu.edu.cn/zhyw/2017-09-01/18257.html)段曦东教授2017年湖南省自然科学一等奖(排名第二),获2017年中国电子科技十大进展奖,2018年获湖南大学岳麓学者特聘教授A,2019年获国家自然科学二等奖(排名第三)
