基本信息

张跃军,湖南安仁人,博士、教授、博士生导师,国家自然基金委优秀青年基金获得者(2013年)、国家高层次人才特殊支持计划(即国家“万人计划”)青年拔尖人才(2014年)、长江学者奖励计划青年学者(2016年)、湖南省“湖湘青年英才”支持计划人选(2016年)、北京市中青年社科理论人才“百人工程”人选(2012年)、北京市优秀人才培养资助计划人选(2011年)。

2009年毕业于中国科学院科技政策与管理科学研究所(管理科学与工程专业),获管理学博士学位。博士毕业后,进入北京理工大学管理与经济学院工作,历任讲师、副教授、博士生导师。2014年加盟湖南大学工商管理学院,任教授、博士生导师。2015年获得湖南省首届“我最喜爱的青年教师”。

张跃军教授主要从事石油资产定价与预测、碳交易与碳减排政策、能源经济复杂系统建模等领域的研究工作。现已主持国家自然科学基金(优秀青年基金项目、面上项目和青年项目)、国家社科基金重大项目、国家“万人计划”项目、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金、教育部人文社会科学研究基金等10余项;并作为子课题负责人参与承担国家973课题、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家自然基金委重大国际合作项目和重点项目等20余项。

截至2019年初,张跃军教授已以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇,其中在Energy Economics、Applied Energy、Energy Policy、Journal of Forecasting、European Journal of Operational Research、Annals of Operations Research、Quantitative Finance、Journal of Policy Modeling、Technological Forecasting and Social Change等国际顶级或知名学术期刊发表 SSCI/SCI 论文70余篇,16篇论文上榜ESI数据库热点/高被引论文;论文被美国斯坦福大学研究生课程列为授课材料,被美国耶鲁大学《耶鲁环境评论》专门撰文评述;论文被引3000余次,单篇最高被引270余次。主编或参与出版专著 10部(主编3部);撰写10余份政策咨询报告被中办、国办、国家能源局采用,多份报告得到国家领导人批示。

近几年,研究成果获得湖南省社会科学优秀成果一等奖(排名第一)、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖自然科学奖二等奖(排名第一)、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖科技进步奖二等奖(排名第六)等荣誉。

兼任国际能源经济学会(IAEE)会员、中国“双法”研究会能源经济与管理研究分会副秘书长、湖南省系统工程与管理学会副理事长、中国系统工程学会能源资源系统工程分会常务理事、中国“双法”研究会青年工作委员会常务委员、中国管理科学与工程学会理事、中国能源研究会能源系统工程专业委员会委员等;兼任Journal of Cleaner Production(SCI/SSCI一区期刊)等9份国际学术期刊的客座主编、副主编或编委,《中国人口.资源与环境》等国内核心期刊学术编辑或编委;40余份国际知名学术期刊匿名审稿人。美国加州大学伯克利分校、美国加州大学劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室访问学者,新加坡国立大学能源研究所访问学者,东亚东盟经济研究中心(ERIA)项目专家。
