博士,副教授,硕士生导师

基本信息

研究领域包括:定性定量综合研究方法、战略人力资源、组织行为学、商业伦理、领导力、创新创业等。

在国内外SSCI、CSSCI高水平期刊发表学术论文十余篇(其中SSCI论文9篇),如Journal of Business Ethics, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Business Ethics: A European Review, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, 中国科技论坛等。并在国内外高水平学术会议作主旨报告或发表论文十余篇次。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、湖南省自然科学基金青年项目、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目各1项。

美国管理学会(Academy of Management,AOM)、中国管理研究国际学会(The International Association for Chinese Management Research,IACMR)成员。担任International Journal of Human Resource Management, Business Ethics: A European Review, Asia-Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM)等国际高水平学术(SSCI)期刊及会议同行专家评审,任CSSCI期刊特刊主编,受多个全国或省级学术会议、“双一流”高校邀请作特邀学术报告。

曾任澳大利亚体育学院管理系人力资源管理主任讲师、新南威尔士大学助教、澳大利亚湖南会秘书长、国际贸易公司市场总监。

2017、2018连续2年获韩国又松大学中国杰出校友代表“特别贡献奖”,又松大学以张龙教授名字设立“ZhangLong Young Scholars Research Award”(“张龙青年学者研究奖学金”)。
